The main idea behind otak is to provide visual interface to programs that don't have one, but need to take arguments that can be selected from a list. For example, one can use it as an address book program in connection with mutt or as a phone-book with sms-sending software or even as a list of hosts to ssh or ftp to.

otak comes with absolutely no warranty (under gpl version 2). It works under Linux OS and needs ncurses environment.
